The product
GMAO CLOUD takes in the request, turns it into work, puts it in the technician’s hands and returns what happened as data. No jumping between tools.
GMAO CLOUD is maintenance management software — a CMMS — for companies with assets to look after and technicians to coordinate. It centralizes the asset inventory, corrective and preventive work orders, consumed materials, documentation and reports. It’s used from the browser to manage, from a mobile app to execute in the field, and from a portal so customers can see what belongs to them.
Everything hangs from a hierarchy, and that hierarchy is what later lets you filter, compare and allocate costs.
The first level when you provide service to third parties. In a company that maintains itself, it’s used as an organizational unit.
The headquarters, the store, the plant or the building. It’s the level where a chain looks at what’s happening at each location.
Groupings within the center: HVAC, fire protection, production line. They let you reason by group instead of by loose part.
The specific machine or equipment, with its record, its documentation and its full history of interventions.
Each profile enters through its own door and sees what it’s meant to see. The data is the same for everyone.
Plans, assigns, controls costs and pulls reports from the browser. It’s the seat where decisions get made.
Receives work orders on their phone, logs time and materials, attaches photos and signs. Works without coverage and syncs when it comes back.
Opens incidents, tracks their status, checks quotes and documents from their own access, without calling anyone.
Has its own portal within the system to receive jobs and report back on what was done, with its scope limited.
The value isn’t in any single stage on its own — it’s in none of them being left without the next one.
A breakdown, a customer request, or a preventive task that's due. It comes in through a single place and gets logged.
Who does it and when gets decided with the calendar and each technician's workload in view.
The technician gets the order on their phone, with the asset's history and the tasks they need to check.
Times, materials, photos and signature stay on the order. Not on a phone or in a drawer.
What's pending, what's been closed and what it cost, by customer, site or asset.
Most of these areas are activatable modules: each company turns on what it uses and doesn’t carry the rest.
Job sheets with statuses, logged time, materials, photos and signature. The basic unit everything else revolves around.
Periodic plans that generate work orders on their own, with an annual forecast and a scheduling diagram.
The entry point for the unplanned: who reports it, what happens and how it ends.
Inventory with a record, warranty, location and history. Includes equipment, tools and vehicles.
Work order templates with checkbox or free-text fields, linkable to an asset type or a period.
Items, batches, movements, rates and prices by supplier, with consumption charged to the work order.
Purchase orders linked to the material that’s missing and to what’s been consumed.
Customer quotes based on planned work, with their approval and follow-up.
Manuals, certificates, drawings and photos attached to the asset, the customer or the work order itself.
Each technician’s workload, routes and shifts, in a calendar or a timeline diagram.
Dashboard, costs, MTBF and MTTR, inventory, annual preventive plan, hours per technician and quality, among more than forty reports.
Working hours, vacations, absences, holidays and shifts, with requests from the technician’s own app.
Grouping of jobs with their own tracking, for what doesn’t fit recurring maintenance.
Supplier onboarding, job assignment and a dedicated portal for them to report back on what was done.
Email alerts and push notifications to the phone based on what happens in operations.
Leave your details and we will get in touch to see whether we fit. No commitment, no lock-in period.
These aren’t three products: it’s the same system with three doors.
Where you configure, plan and analyze. It’s the seat of the manager and the maintenance lead.
Work orders, assets, warehouse, documents, clock-in and expenses on the phone. Stores work on the device and syncs it once connection returns, so a basement or a building with no signal doesn’t block closing a work order.
Your customers open incidents, track their work orders, check quotes, assets and documents. It installs on the phone like an app.
What changes between a maintenance company and an industrial plant isn’t the software — it’s which modules and which hierarchy get used.
Each area is switched on or off per company. Nobody has to live with screens they don’t use.
What each person can see and do, including customers and subcontractors, who only reach their own scope.
Several companies and several sites within the same installation, with each user’s scope limited accordingly.
15 languages in the management interface, and the technicians and customer apps cover most of them. Each customer’s own catalogs are also translated.
GMAO CLOUD habla tu idioma: Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Hungarian, Greek, Chinese.
A closed job shouldn’t have to be typed twice.
There are integrations in production with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision, Holded, SAP, Sage X3, QuickBooks, Factura Directa, Libra, Golden, Progein, Freematica and STEL Order. For other cases there are generic mechanisms via REST API, SOAP, SQL connection, CSV and FTP, plus a public API. The usual approach is to decide during the demo what data travels and in which direction.
An ERP manages the company — invoicing, accounting, purchasing — and a CMMS manages maintenance: what assets there are, what’s done to them, who does it and with what materials. They’re complementary, which is why GMAO CLOUD integrates with the ERP instead of replacing it.
Management works in the browser, with no installation. Technicians and customers use mobile apps that install from the device.
Yes. Most of the areas are modules that get activated per company, so you can start with work orders and assets and turn on warehouse, purchasing, quotes or HR as needed.
Yes. The product supports several companies and several sites, with each user’s scope limited to what they’re assigned.
The fastest way to know if it fits is to look at it with your assets, your customers and your preventive plans in front of you.
