Demo

Let’s see it with your operation in front of us

A GMAO CLOUD demo isn’t a video or a tour of menus. We start from how you work today and set that part up in the product so you can see if it fits.

What you get out of it

The goal is for you to leave knowing whether this works for you, even if the answer is no.

  • The product on your own case

Your asset types, your site hierarchy and a couple of your preventive plans, set up so you recognize your own operation.

  • The full journey

From the request to the work order, from the work order to the technician, and from close-out to the report. Especially the part where you’re losing information today.

  • What fits and what doesn’t

Which modules you actually need, which ones you can leave off, and what would need to integrate with what you already use.

  • A proposal with substance

With the scope clear, the budget stops being a number pulled out of thin air. The size and context of the company shape the proposal.

Tell us what you need

We only ask for what’s needed to prepare the demo. The better we understand your operation, the less generic it will be.

Fields marked with * are required.

For example: how preventive maintenance is planned, how the technician works in the field, or how it integrates with your ERP.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

  1. You tell us about your case

The form is enough for us to understand what you do and what you need to maintain.

  2. We set a date

We reach out to find a time that works and confirm what you want to see in detail.

  3. We walk through it together

Remotely, on the product, with your case set up. With whatever questions you bring.

Who it makes sense for

For whoever manages maintenance and already feels the limits of their current system: companies that maintain third-party facilities or equipment, chains and organizations with multiple sites, and industrial plants with critical assets. If you’re evaluating several tools, this is a good time: what you see in a demo built around your own case, you won’t see in a comparison chart.

Frequently asked questions

Does the demo cost anything?

No. It’s a conversation about the product and your operation.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No need. It helps to have a sense of how your assets are organized today — even if it’s in a spreadsheet — and a couple of real cases that give you trouble, since those are what best show whether the system fits.

Can we try it with our own data?

In the demo we work with a slice of your structure so you recognize your own case. If you move forward afterward, there’s an importer to load full inventories from files.

Who should attend?

Whoever manages maintenance day to day, since they’re the one who spots right away if something doesn’t fit. If there’s ERP integration involved, it helps to have someone from IT there too.
